Extra Disney World Perks
Disney Visa from Chase
Disney banks with Chase, and it blows my mind just thinking about the amount of money going in and out of those accounts. Can you image being in charge of that?!? Check this article out to read about some of the things that baffle me.
I also bank, a little with Chase, mostly so I can access some of the amazing Disney perks. I've talked about the things I love most about using it at Disneyland
, but this post is all about Disney World. They offer 2 different cards, one with and one without the annual fee. I have the no annual fee one, and find it perfect.
If you're interested you can click on this link and check it out. They are currently offering a $200 statement credit as well, which is pretty awesome.
I always get confused about what benefits I can use and when…so I decided to break it down for Disney World. In all fairness, I don’t use this card often because the daily benefits aren’t as great as some of my other credit cards, but when I’m going to the parks I bring it along for the “in park” goodness! You MUST show it to receive its benefits.
10% off merchandise when you spend $50 or more
10% off some restaurants in the parks and Downtown Disney
15% off tours
10% off carriage and horseback rides on property
15% off Spa and Salon services
10%-20% off Disney Spring shops
No interest for 6 months on park tickets
Special Meet and Greets at both Parks
In all honesty, the Meet and Greet privilege is the best part. You get to meet some A+ characters without having to wait in crazy long lines. We've met Darth Vader, BB-8, Chewbacca, Mickey, Goofy,Minnie, Daisy, and Stitch to name a few. It really is a fun perk. With the lines being short you also get a lot more one on one time with the characters. It's reason enough to have the card.
Make sure to bring your card with you. Even if it's linked to your Magic Band, they need to SEE the card.
